Court Reserve for 2023 - 2024 starts Saturday, November 11, 2023.  There are 24 opportunities each week to reserve courts.  Courts are available to reserve Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 6 PM for one hour time slots.

You must be a *member to reserve a court, and all players must be a paid member of the Club (paid annual or renter/guest).
*(dues payment made by credit card or cash/check must be received and recorded in CourtReserve)
 
Go to the Member Portal: https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/6994​
  • In upper right-hand corner, click on Login
  • Login with your username (mostly likely your email), and your password.
  • If you don’t have a password, click on Reset Password to receive an email so you can create/reset a password.
  • Once logged in to your Member Portal, Click on Book a Court at top of page.
  • Toggle through to the next Saturday date available, and select a time to Reserve a Court
  • Enter name of players you will be playing with or want to invite.
  • Click Save!
  • Each court will be available to reserve for one hour for 4 players.
  • You must have the 4 players listed on your reservation.
  • Reservation times are: 3-4pm, 4-5pm, and 5-6pm.  Only on Saturdays and Suindays.
  • Members are restricted to reserving one court per week. And can reserve only 7 days prior.

While in your Member Portal confirm your information, especially your Player Rating Category.

  • Once logged in, Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, in the drop-down menu
  • Click on My Membership, then select your Membership.
  • If paying by credit card, enter information, and SAVE!
