PARKING: Our Arts & Crafts neighbors and friends are holding a two-day workshop on Saturday from 11am - 3pm, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm. The parking spaces in front of the Arts & Crafts building are reserved for the workshop students, and spaces behind the Arts building will also be reserved for the workshop participants. Please use all other available parking spaces around the maintenance building and beyond.
BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are available for our use in the Arts & Crafts building.
Please use the back entrance only to the building. Queue up outside and only enter after someone exits.
This will help minimize the distraction to the Arts & Crafts workshop participants.
LUNCH: A full lunch of assorted tasty sandwiches, hearty mediterranean pasta salad, chips, cookies, and a non-alcoholic beverage will be offered to all players and spectators for $10.
Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30am until 1pm. Included in the price of lunch is a chance to win one of several fantastic items.
PRIZES: Great gifts are being donated by our Club members and friends & neighbors in our community.

- Please contact your playing partner as soon as possible and get some practice games in. If for any reason you cannot play it is up to you to find a replacement at the same level as you are competing in.

- Plan on arriving at the courts 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. The game before may finish early. The scheduling is extremely tight so try to warm up before you step on to the court.
- Play with the Franklin ball that is supplied and available on the court. If you want to buy more, Mike Klatt has some at $3 each. Please avoid wearing clothing that approximates the color of the ball.
- A coin flip will determine who serves first. Other side serves first in second game. Coin flip for game three if necessary.
- You may switch sides after a team reaches.
- First team to 11 wins the game. Each set is best two out of three games. When you are finished, both teams report to the scoring desk.
- If there is any issue on the court during play, someone will be available to resolve it. Do not get into an argument on the court.
- Finals will be one game to 11. If “B” side wins, teams will play one more game to 11 to determine overall winner.
